Buy a Gift Voucher 
As far as gift vouchers are offered in the shop, they can be bought like normal articles. As soon as you have bought a gift voucher and after receipt of your payment it has been activated, the corresponding amount is shown in your shopping cart. Now, you may transfer a certain amount via e-mail by clicking the link "Send gift voucher" in your shopping cart.

How to Transfer a Gift Voucher
To transfer a gift voucher, please click the link "Send gift voucher" in your shopping cart. To transfer the gift voucher, we need the following information from you: recipient‘s name and valid e-mail address as well as value of the voucher - you also may transfer a part of your credits - and a short message to the recipient. Please kindly check again all information before sending the voucher. Before sending you have the possibility to change your information.

Buying with a Gift Voucher 
As soon as you are in funds of credits, you may use them for payment of your order/s. During the order processing you have the possibility to redeem the credits. In case the credits are below the value of goods, you have to choose your preferred method of payment for the rest of the amount. In case your credits are exceeding the value of goods, the rest of the credits is, of course, available for your next order.

Booking a Gift Voucher 
In case you have received a gift voucher by e-mail, you can credit the amount as follows:
1. Click the link mentioned in the e-mail. In case you do not yet dispose of a personal account, you have the possibility to open an account.
2. After you have placed an article into your shopping card, you can enter your gift voucher code there.

In case, contrary to expectations, problems occur with the gift vouchers, please get in contact with us via a-mail to: mail@bambusarts.de. Please describe the problem as detailed as possible. Important information for example are: the code of the voucher, error messages of the system as well as the browser used by you.
